Description
Come down and have a blast with us for family-style community kickball.  We may add other sports as well as the season progresses.  The goal is to get together and build strong community bonds through fun physical activity.  We have had some great games and hope to have more people join us in a family-friendly environment where we can all play together.  
Waivers
In consideration of your signing this, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Pahrump Valley Rec League or their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me as a participant or spectator in any and all Pahrump Valley Rec league activities.
I agree with the PVRL release of liability
I herby give permission to Pahrump Valley Rec League, to use photographs, voice recordings, or video of myself or my minor in any manner to help promote Pahrump Valley Rec League as determined in the sole discretion of Pahrump Valley Rec League. Such use may include publications, media release, public announcements, electronic or otherwise and agree that myself or my minor will not receive any compensation if such image/video appears in any manner listed or any matter the league deems appropriate.
